How do I book a studio and pay?

Select a room in the Catalog, choose your estimated hours, and add it to the Cart. You can pay on-site or via secure link we send after confirmation. We accept major cards and ACH.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 24 hours before your start time for a full credit. Inside 24 hours, a 50% charge applies. No-shows are charged in full. See Terms for full details.

Can I hire an engineer?

Yes. Add a note in your Contact message or ask our team after adding a studio to your Cart. We match you with engineers experienced in your genre and tools.

Which microphones and outboard are available?

Each studio lists its exact inventory in the Catalog, including mics (e.g., Neumann U87), preamps, and interfaces. If you need something specific, note it in your booking.

Is loading easy? Do you have parking?

All locations have elevator access and a curbside load-in zone. Limited street parking is available; allow time during peak hours.

Do podcast rooms support remote guests?

Yes. Our podcast studios offer mix-minus setups and phone patch on request. You can connect guests via common conferencing apps.

How are rooms cleaned and maintained?

Surfaces, pop filters, and headphones are sanitized daily. Technical checks run weekly to prevent downtime.

Can I extend my session if I’m running over?

If the room is free, you can extend at the same hourly rate. Ask the bookings team on-site or via phone.

Do I need insurance?

For standard bookings, no. Large productions may require a certificate of insurance naming RecoRoot Studios as additionally insured.
